Return and refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund the same way you paid or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not within 48 hours

You can return a product for up to 12 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If the return is not the result of a Knightsbridge error or defective, Knightsbridge will not refund the original shipping cost and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

If the return is the result of a Knightsbridge error, Knightsbridge will refund all the cost associated with the original order and the return shipping charge after the return of the product.
